You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

You agree not to misuse the service, send unsolicited messages, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable laws including telemarketing, anti-spam, and data protection laws.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display such data solely to provide the service.

AI-generated content (posters, videos, suggestions) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and ensuring compliance before publishing or sending.

The service may integrate with third parties such as WhatsApp Business API. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

The CONNECT i platform, brand, and software are owned by KIWIZO CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by applicable IP laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior three months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
